The Griffin Bar and Lounge

Seats 80 +

Hire Cost £25 per hour

The Griffin Bar and Lounge is the heart of Panteg House Employees Club, providing a comfortable, warm environment to relax and watch the big match or catch up with friends. The bar boasts a range of premium beers with a decent non-alcoholic range if you're a designated driver.

Perfect for coming together to celebrate a happy occasion or to remember old friends, it's always a warm welcome.

The Pegasus Room

Seated 60 or Standing 80 +

Hire Cost £20 per hour

The Pegasus Room is the first of two music and entertainments venues at Panteg House, situated downstairs with easy disabled access and right next to the Griffin bar. 

 

Complete with a full PA system, AV projector and retractable screen and even a backline setup with drum kit and amps, The Pegasus Room plays host to everything from business presentations to karaoke nights, parties, gigs and much more besides.

The Phoenix Room

Seated 80 or Standing 100 +

Hire Cost £25 per hour without bar or £35 with bar

The Phoenix Room is the second and larger of our two function rooms, located upstairs but currently without disabled access at present. It has a fully functioning bar, a full PA system and access to toilet facilites for both gents and ladies upstairs.

Perfect for dance and exercise classes and larger functions, the Phoenix Room is both versatile and affordable. ​

The Centaur Room

Seated 25 +

Hire Cost £15 per hour

One of our most popular facilities, The nautically themed Centaur Room is the first of our smaller multi-function rooms and is ideal for meetings, conferences, workshop activities and more.

​

Situated downstairs just off the entrance to the club, it's right at the heart of things and always ready to accomodate your needs.

The Unicorn Room

Seated 30 +

Hire Cost £15 per hour

The Unicorn Room is our upstairs meeting and utility room, perfect for arts and crafts, moderate sized meetings and even music rehearsal.

The Wyvern Room

The Wyvern Room is designed for small meetings or single user sessions and doubles as a therapy room. Quieter than our downstairs facilities.

We have beautiful grounds here at Panteg House. Whether you want to sit in the shade, sit with a pint and take in the incredible view across the valley toward Monmouthshire, or stroll around our community garden. Thinking of holding an outside event? Come and talk to us.

We put this system in place to avoid confusion and double bookings. It's simple, and it works.

 

Unfortunately, no email means NO booking.

ALL BOOKINGS REQUIRE A MINIMUM £50 DEPOSIT PAYABLE WITHIN 72 HOURS OF CONFIRMATION. THIS MUST BE PAID AT THE CLUB EITHER BY CASH OR CREDIT/DEBIT CARD.

 

BOOKINGS THAT REQUIRE BUFFET PROVISION WILL REQUIRE A £100 DEPOSIT PAYABLE WITHIN 72 HOURS OF CONFIRMATION. THIS MUST BE PAID NO LATER THAN 7 DAYS BEFORE BOOKING DATE.
